|This year the Japanese Department organized a Ski Trip to Sapporo, Japan. This was an incredible experience for our students. Skiing, Sight-seeing, enjoying the white power snow, sampling authentic Japanese food and practicing Japanese language.
The huge popularity of this trip was surprising with a total of 36 students. The excited students and teachers left Bangkok on the 21st February, via Osaka and then finally to Sapporo.
The first day was a sight-seeing day with the enjoy ant of Hokkaido specialty seafood cuisine.
The Ski Resort was well organized giving all the students excellent training. By the second day all students were all able to enjoy the skiing. The ski-school was a particular success as every single student passed and received an official Certificate of Course Completion.
There was time for sight-seeing and some shopping, with the final day being a visit to Otaru, a famous part tour. The high light of the day was the visit to their famous aquarium.
On the last day, students curiously wished for more days in Japan, and to enjoy even more skiing. It was an incredible trip and the students look forward to the next ski trip.
